1. Introduction

By booking a tutoring session, enrolling in a course, or purchasing a package, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. LawTutorPro provides online law tutoring, revision support, and academic coaching for students studying UK law degrees both domestically and internationally.

2. Scope of Services

LawTutorPro offers:

3. Use of Online Platforms

All sessions are delivered online via secure platforms (e.g. Zoom). You are responsible for internet access and a suitable study environment. LawTutorPro is not liable for technical issues on your end.

4. Booking and Scheduling

Sessions can be booked via email, contact form, or direct agreement. Group courses run on fixed schedules communicated in advance.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

5.1 For 1:1 tutoring: minimum 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

5.2 Late cancellations may be charged in full or deducted from package hours.

5.3 Missed live sessions for courses or Q&As are not rescheduled, but recordings may be provided.

6. Payment and Fees

6.1 Tutoring is £85/hour, payable in advance or via invoice.

6.2 Course fees are fixed and stated clearly at booking.

6.3 Stripe is LawTutorPro’s official payment processor.

6.4 Refunds are not offered after tutoring begins, except at LawTutorPro’s discretion in exceptional cases.

7. Our Commitments

LawTutorPro guarantees:

7.1 High-quality tutoring by an experienced, DBS-checked tutor.

7.2 Professional insurance and Tutors’ Association membership.

7.3 Confidentiality and respect for your academic work.

8. Limitation of Liability

LawTutorPro is not responsible for academic results. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

LawTutorPro complies with the UK GDPR. Your personal data is used solely to deliver services and manage bookings.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data.

LawTutorPro responds within 24 working hours (Monday–Friday, UK time).

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g. illness, outages, government restrictions). Services may be paused or refunded pro-rata if delivery is disrupted for 14+ days.

12. Termination and Refunds

You may cancel with written notice by email. Refunds may be issued for unused paid hours at LawTutorPro’s discretion (within 14 days of cancellation). We reserve the right to terminate services due to misconduct or non-payment.

13. Non-Solicitation & Referrals

To maintain consistency and quality, clients may not privately engage LawTutorPro tutors outside agreed arrangements. Referrals are welcome — see our website for current reward offers.

14. Intellectual Property

Course materials, recordings, and coaching content are for personal educational use only. Redistribution or commercial use is prohibited without prior consent.

15. Accessibility & Equity

LawTutorPro is committed to inclusive education. Please notify us of any accessibility needs before sessions to arrange reasonable adjustments.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in English courts.

LawTutorPro provides educational tutoring and revision services to help students improve their legal knowledge, skills, and academic performance. We do not guarantee specific grades, exam outcomes, or future earnings. All outcomes depend on individual effort, prior knowledge, and personal circumstances. LawTutorPro is not a regulated legal qualification provider.

All LawTutorPro materials, resources, and courses are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. No content may be duplicated, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

Participation in any LawTutorPro services is voluntary, and no guarantees of success are made. Clients are responsible for applying the learning, engaging with the tutoring process, and managing their own study commitments.
